1. Ingest SortSwift Export
Catalogues new cards, assigns IDs, corrects your quantities, and stages a draft of what eBay needs.
Quantities are added to what you already hold, so upload only cards you have newly scanned. A card missing from the file is left alone — sales come from eBay’s orders, not from an omission.
Uploading the same file twice would count its stock twice, so a repeat is refused unless you force it.

2. Sync Active eBay Inventory
Ingests eBay’s Active Listings report to sync live Item IDs, the copies eBay reports, and each variation’s custom label.
No eBay account is connected, so this upload is the only way to refresh the store mirror — and every draft is computed against it. and the same report is fetched for you.
